Selva specializes in real estate asset management for institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. The managed investments range from public and private real estate-related securities to direct investments in tangible real estate. Our strategy is to grow client capital through long-term risk-adjusted returns in the United States and international markets.
